ALLEN & OVERY has become a stalwart in the French market since opening in Paris in 1989. Two of its lawyers are listed.

Vincent Daniel-Mayeur's impressive practice sees him regularly advise corporations, financial institutions and investment funds on the tax aspects of complex M&A transactions.

MAYER BROWN achieves two listings this year.
Laurent Borey is regarded as “a highly dedicated private equity taxation lawyer” and provides longstanding expertise on investment funds and cross-border M&A matters.
