Marcel Dietrich is a leading expert in European and Swiss competition law with over 25 years of experience. Sources describe him as “very active” and “ever present” on important cases.
Franz Hoffet has a broad range of experience across national and European competition law. He “certainly remains a top name” in the Swiss competition market, according to commentators.

CMS VON ERLACH PONCET’s lawyers have a broad range of competition law expertise spanning multiple jurisdictions.
