Peter Heckel has experience in industrial, banking and military procurement litigation and is “very well thought of in the market”. Matthias Blaum handles cross-border litigation for major corporations on a range of commercial matters.
At Hogan Lovells, Detlef Hass has deep expertise and experience in complex disputes involving the automotive and technology industries, in particular in insolvency cases. Karl Pörnbacher represents clients in commercial litigation in numerous industries with a focus on the energy sector. He is also frequently appointed as arbitrator on energy-related cases across Europe. Alexander Loos focuses on domestic litigation, particularly in the energy space, with notable expertise in solar and power-plant matters.
