At Pinheiro Neto Advogados four lawyers are singled out in the research including Luiz Roberto Peroba Barbosa, a “top flight practitioner” experienced in tax planning, consultancy and litigation. He “can turn his hand to any matter” and is “always available to assist”, according to his clients. Alongside him Luciana Rosanova Galhardo is seen as a “first-rate lawyer” whose practice concentrates on international taxation and tax planning. She is also “gifted” at handling litigious matters.

Mattos Filho Veiga Filho Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados also achieves four listings in this chapter. Roberto Quiroga Mosquera emerges as one of the most highly regarded individuals in the research with peers praising his “excellent technical abilities” and “details-oriented approach”. Andrea Bazzo Lauletta has a “very personable manner” which is popular with clients and she advises on a full range of tax issues including those relating to transactions and inbound and outbound investments.

Four lawyers are singled out at Sacha Calmon Misabel Derzi Consultores e Advogados. Sacha Calmon Navarro Coêlho is “incredibly knowledgeable” and is praised for his “poise” and “straightforward and practical advice”. He is a “strategic genius” according to peers.
