Advokatfirmaet Thommessen is particularly rated for its commercial property department, which excels in advising and litigating on complex property transactions, commercial development and leases. The practice fields four lawyers in our real estate chapter including corporate property expert Christopher Borch, who is lauded for his “thorough” approach. Geir Dalene is “superb”, having experience in advising clients at every stage of various property transactions.
Internet, e-commerce and data protection is a key practice area for the firm. The “expert” team is widely recognised as among the best in Norway and three practitioners are selected this year.
