What is the Who's Who Legal 100?

Created through a merger of four of the leading Swedish firms in 1983, Vinge became the first firm in the country to offer a full range of legal services to clients. Since its inception, the firm has pioneered legal services in Sweden, developing its practice with a particular focus on international commercial law. Vinge has a well-rounded competition practice which covers analysis and management of competition issues in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures as well as offering compliance programmes and training packages. Clients benefit from the range of services offered at the firm including a strong competition disputes practice. We list three “outstanding” lawyers in the competition chapter from the firm’s Stockholm office. Marcus Glader is a “talented advocate” while Johan Karlsson specialises in a wide variety of sectors including IT, sport, energy and media.

Fredrik Dahl and Björn Lindskog represent the practice in our management labour and employment chapter. Dahl is “very well-known” for his “strategic solutions” and Lindskog is “clear, efficient and very professional”.

Several individuals from the firm stand out for featuring in multiple chapters. Stefan de Hevesy is a “leading lawyer” in banking, project finance and real estate where his “client-oriented advice” makes him a first choice among our respondents. He is joined in project finance by Mikael Ståhl and in real estate by Patrick Forslund. The “highly regarded” Forslund is a “financial genius” who gives “considered and tactical advice”. Another “excellent” practitioner is Johan Gernandt who is recommended for his “great negotiation skills” which he employs in his arbitration and corporate governance practices.
