William Geraghty is the firm’s managing partner and a trial lawyer with “invaluable experience” in lengthy and challenging cases before the state and federal courts. A “revered litigator”, he regularly represents Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes products liability cases where plaintiffs are seeking millions of dollars in compensatory and punitive damages. The “distinguished” Walter Cofer chairs the firm’s global product liability group and has tried cases at state and federal level in states throughout the US. He serves as national coordinating counsel for Philip Morris and Lorillard, and is described as “one of the finest national product liability experts”. In Washington, DC, Mark Behrens co-chairs the public policy group and is “highly sought after” for his advice on the prevention of product liability exposure, while Anthony Andrade specialises in international product liability matters and consumer protection litigation and is recommended for his “comprehensive knowledge” of the Latin American and European markets.
